PERCH ROD

Hello everyone!
I'm swedish and my french is non existing so I'll take this in english. But please feel free to write in French if it is easier. I will use automatic translate, it has worked so far! :)

I'm looking for a blank dedicated to PERCH fishing only. The perch I catch are mostly between 500-1200g but sometimes bigger than that.
In the boat I use 3 more rods for Perch fishing.

What i'm searching for:
7 - 7'3 ft
7 - 20 g TP 5-15g (mostly 7-12g) + lure
Soft lures, mostly scraping, but also Texas in light grass and weightless riggs if all this is possible to combine.
It will be in CASTING with rather short handle. Ca 28-25 cm if that will work. Paired with a Daiwa Alphas 103 Type F.
I would like a NFC (but open for all suggestions!)
I rather like a top that is NOT too "flexy" or "weak". I still want to animate the movements of the bait without the tip falling too much behind.
No budget

I will be the owner but I'm not the one that is going to build the rod. But I will perhaps someday try to build rods and not only building fishing baits
I'm thinking torzite rings, Fuji PTSMPS reel seat and matagi foam grip.

It feels like I've read about everyting in the forum and I think i found ONE blank that will suit my needs. But I want your opinion! Therefore I won't tell you which one I'm thinking of before you give me some suggestions! Then we will see if we got the same conclusion!

Anything more you need to know?
Otherwise, Write a lot! Because I like to read. ;)

Merci!

Hi, welcome :)

Maybe a NFC 702HM or statement 724 and my favorite, 733 xray!

To me MB 733 X-ray is the best choice.

Thank you!

I will say that the mb702hm is the one I have been leaning towards. Though i find it the most hard to understand completely.

I understand that all these blanks perform great in bottom scratching.

But what else does each blank triumph over the other at?

733: Vertical, Baby buster, top water, crankbait and minnow, cranking and sometimes, drop shot... Long cast. It is the most versatile
724: Topwater, vertical
702: Topwater, sometimes crankbait and vertical

They all sure sounds like interesting blanks! :D

I see that you have mounted the 702. On topwater what lure weight does it handle?
Though I will probably only use it for soft lures, but how well will it handle more "aggressive" fishing. With a soft plastic jerkbait? For example lunker city fin-s 10 cm.

Sorry for the late response... ;)

Topwater, 18gr max for me
I don t try with a soft jerkbait but I think that the 702 will do that. With a wheightless, it s like topwater
