Hey, I'm new on this forum - I've read it, but not as a member.
In regards to MB 764-1 X-Ray I can tell you that is one of the few JWR specific blanks from NFC.
I own one in spinning and one in casting, both being adjusted to the tip in order to gain a little more stiffness for jigging in big rivers like Danube.
Default jigging power in my opinion 7-21g, by cutting the tip with 2-4 cm depending on the blank, you'll get 10-28g jig + a max 12cm slim shad.
In terms of sensitivity, I believe is one of best for this power range, MB 764 and SJ 765 are the best when it comes to bottom contact. In comparison with Statement 766, I can't tell because I never fished it, but if the sensitivity of the Statement 766 is greater than MB 764-1 X-Ray, in that case, the Statement 766 is the best from the best, because MB 764 for me is top of the line when it comes to tip action and bottom reading.
To support my upper statements I can tell you that I'm a rodbuilder (Old Skull) from Romania and I'm mounting on Point Blanks, Fishing Art and NFC, NFC X-Ray being the main blanks I usually recommend. Also, my main fishing style consists in jigging for zander.
